An early collector and acquaintance who had the foresight to record these fish for posterity
I recall Mr. Magin scouting Chautauqua County for examples of local fish decoys long before there was significant national interest in this artistry. To have collected these examples of the art was an accomplishment in and of itself; to share them in this book is truly an homage.
