Atlas EVOO
The quality of this is stellar. It has a very bitter taste, not a rancid taste. It is only necessary to take half a teaspoon a day as it is so concentrated in the polyphenols. I think the bitter taste reflects the oleuropein in it. Perhaps this is almost like a medicinal type of olive oil. It's not primary for using with food. Thank you Atsas for such a remarkable product.
