TB3 support
For me it was an upgrade from 4th gen CPU.
Performance wise with 9900K (from a 4790K) Go figure!
Thunderbolt 3 support was important for me with an add-in card from Gigabyte supported (even using Linux)

Summed up
Pros. Able to hold Sony XTab3C while still in its cover.
Nice design & durable
Cons. Had to tighten the screw to cure the looseness between the plate (which isn't a very good fit and needs extra wedging with something, I used 2 old SIM cards for the grips on the RC to hold it in place)
