  Seller has no clue how to properly pack an antique sign for shipment. Item arrived damaged and they advised return as shipped despite my indicating it would sustain more damage. Seller refused to process refund after receipt and refused to reimburse return shipping despite agreeing to do so. They basically ignored the issue and me. I had to get eBay involved and after their review gave me a full refund. Seller has no clue or desire to resolve a problem. Just ignore and hope it goes away. Beware!
