It helps me to walk in wooded areas and I don't worry about falling down.
This PHICK walking stick is great for me. I am in the hobby of metal detecting and this walking stick is perfect because I'm disabled and have a bad back an bad knees and the kind of walking I do it's great to have so I don't fall down. When I'm down on my knees digging I stick the walking stick in the ground and it helps me get up so much easier with no pain. Also I do YouTube videos and the camera mount is perfect as a selfie stick and I can use it like a tripod and film hands free. It very light and sturdy. I would recommend this walking stick to anyone.
