2 of 2 found this helpful I am a diehard Fitbit user, but also a techno-junkie. My daughters, on the other hand, love their Lifetraks and my oldest just got her 2nd one. The simplicity of use is one of the reasons that I recommend this to members of my weightloss classes. The complete read out is there on your wrist at a glance. No need to connect to the phone or computer to find out your daily progress.
I highly recommend this tracker!

My fav "comfort" movie
For whatever reason, this movie which was not a favorite when I was a child, has become my favorite "comfort" movie. When I am feeling stressed or unable to sleep this movie helps bring back feelings of childhood security.

These backup batteries will recharge your iphone numerous times without needing to be recharged itself. I have an iPhone 7+ and can recharge AT LEAST 5 times from 20%, It is well made without extra weight. Everyone needs at least one of these to make it through power outages and on trips. I just bought 2 more for my husband who is going on a 3 week camping trip in the wilderness to keep his phone and other devices charged.
