Freeze problem
1 of 1 found this helpful I was swayed by the Hp reputation. I have since found out that many, if not all, of their "All in One" units have a freeze up problem. The unit works fine, is fast, etc. but will occasionally freeze. When that happens it will not respond to any commands and the only way to shut it down and get it working again is to unplug it for a few seconds and allow it to reboot. (which takes forever). Hp does not admit that the problem exists but there is ample evidence of it from disgruntled owners in the internet. So far, there is no fix, as far as I can determine. Buy another brand.
