I purchased a Samsung S9+ from this vendor, in good condition cosmetically; unfortunately, there was an issue with the screen, which was a shame really, as the phone looked in really good condition. I spoke to the seller, informing him about the fault, and he prompted me to post it back to him, upon receipt of the device, he issued me a full refund, and it was all resolved quickly. That alone has impressed me, as these things tend to happen & i won't fault him on that. Good resolution.
