Disappointed

The app has a difficult time locating my tracker whether on my MAC or mobile. I turn off my bluetooth when I am using the computer, as it suggests. The fitbit is right next to the laptop. I think I should just uninstall everything and reset the fit. It also doesn't seem to be very accurate. I can do 4 flights of stairs and it says 1. I can work out for 90minutes at high level and it says minimum activity. So far I am not impressed.
