This new battery the answer to my problems!
1 of 1 found this helpful When your laptop tells you to replace your battery, I guess it's time. I never thought the problem I was having with my file folders, particularly the evil messages I was getting when opening Excel folder, was related to a battery issue; The Dell computer will be 2 later this year. Upon receiving the message, I purchased the new battery and haven't looked back, as they say. Additionally, there are no glitches when turning on the computer. It's seamless. Thank you new battery!
