Multi vitamins

I also buy the omega fish oil on bulk like these. And i suppose they doing me good but how do you tell ? These multi vit come loose also and look similar, smell as bad,and again am unable to compare of doing me good. Ingredients appear similar and as far as I am concerned they represent excellent value compared to alternative offerings.

Fish oil capsules

Comes loose in large re-sealsable plastic bag and could be probably same source as branded products in individual containers as appear identical product but if course will never know if any difference as appear to be identical. Look to be a bargain purchase.
