For the greater part of my life I have been involved with both domestic and commercial vehicle restoration and preservation as well as model engineering and steam engines in general . Whether it is just to provide some protection for metal stock or as an initial undercoat on a component or body part Bonda Rust Primer is the undercoat of choice for most ferrous metals. I have found it can be sprayed or applied with a brush. Bonda Rust Primer can even be applied over a very light rust coating – say if the metal had been cleaned off the day before and left overnight before application – and it will neutralise any surface rust that has formed. An additional bonus is that it can be over coated with just about any other type of paint. I have used cellulose enamel and household paint as an example. I cannot fault it.
I give it an emphatic five stars.

Loctite 638 High Strength Retainer Glue 10ml gears metal, stainless steel bond

An excellent product
Loctite can always be relied on to do exactly what is is supposed to do. This Locktite, 638, Is a truly high strength retainer. As a model engineer, it is something that I can always reply on. Used for fixing things like wheels to axles on 5 inch track gauge steam locomotives. Fixing up the esential valv gear to ensure nothing moves over years of service.
