Excellent reading for a degree or masters degree!
The writer explains in plain English the Law of Tort and the subjects covered by torts.
Much case law is explained in each subject and the reasons behind the decisions! The writer had written her book for a student to be able to understand what torts or civil wrongs are. She explains negligence in great depth because this is one of the most common torts used for suing people, firms or companies.
Torts can also arise within criminal actions; the writer has carefully written in examples and cases when such actions arise. The book explains many statutes and law built up from the common law.
