Cheap, convenient, not of definitive accuracy!
The CK-20 Milligram scale is cheap, convenient, and reasonably accurate. On receipt I had to subtly adjust the 4 feet to prevent the scale wobbling when placed on a flat sheet of ground glass.
Repeatedly weighing a test weight of 100 mg gave readings varying between 99 mg and 103 mg, and results can be effected by positioning of the weight on the weighing surface.
Probably an acceptable range of error, and in reality as accurate as a mechanical chemical balance of much greater cost.
