quality and performance

I tried the tool for checking the timing on my car and on my motorcycle -it works fine the light is strong even on daylight I could see it very clear- on my motorcycle I had thick ignition wires and it could not pick up the signal so I had to add an extention with thinner wires to make it work - the pickup clip is made of cheap plastic and will not resist high heat if left near the exhost manifold on your car or near the motorcycle hot body, especially if you own a big bike-the pickup unit is very delicate and must care not to drop or hit it, same with the plastic body of the tester --all together it is a good product for doing the job only if you use it as a hobby mechanic tool -not for a professional garage use just because it is very delicate and must be used with care so it does not brake------as for its money worth as a hobby tool it is worth every penny I am not sorry for purchasing it E H.
