Great book on pencak silat
People say this guys a fraud, but the material in the book says otherwise. It may not have the detail and explanation of every single technique of silat, but it has the practical stuff, and thats what my nations martial art is, practical.
i would reccomend this book along with seni silat gayong book, the two of these books together make for a great combination into those learning silat, those at intermediate and those specially at expert level to brush up on history and techniques and essence of silat, these two books are great for all.

BEST book on muay thai for sure.

Even if your well versed in muay thai, this is a book thats great to go over every now and then just to brush up or even just read and get the motivation and essence to practice muay thai.
The book cover is great, the pictures are easy to follow with the explanations, the presentation of the book is over all wonderful. Very happy with this purchase, this book is pretty much all you need if your into muay thai.
