A few tips to help along the journey
If you're looking at this book then like myself are struggling with symptoms of the menopause. It's an easy read informative and some suggestions to aid relief. There's a nice recipe for menopause bars!! So I'm going to give them a try.. Good luck to all

Great value bed
Very sceptical buying a bed so cheaply. ...but for the money it's a good simple bed. It wouldn't stand kids trampolining on it. .but there again we've paid 200 quid for a bed with those silly bendy slats that have broken soon after purchase. ....
