OE replacement
Its appears to be Frigidaire brand, so naturally it fits and works as intended!

Newer seat on an older Schwinn
This is THE seat post to put a more updated, adjuster/rail style seat on your old Schwinn.

Mounting rings are useless
I did not use the "vehicle specific" mounting rings as there is no way to attach the speaker to them. Luckily the speakers have the necessary tabs to fit the door, and a single self tapping screw at the top center did the job. Also, leave the snazzy Pioneer speaker grills off because they don't fit behind the door panels. The Metra wiring harness adapters are spot on. Overall good units.
