Bought this hat because of the mesh

I bought this hat because of the mesh. This allows air to circulate. If you have an itchy scalp it might help. A downside of the product is the visor is too curved. It would look better if it was flatter. The images give a good idea of what it is like.

Get you home repair

I tried one of these with a fast puncture and I was able to continue for the rest of the day. However the following day the tyre was flat. At least you can pull the patch off unlike other types. Maybe with a slow puncture there will be a more permanent repair.

Adapters too small

The main problem with this pump is that the adapters easily come off the pump outlet while the airbed is being inflated. I discovered that the air outlet is slightly oval and not circular. Using a file I was able to file it into its correct shape so now the adapters fit better. On the plus side you will notice that the air is drawn through the motor after entering the inlet. This should keep the motor cooler and make it less likely to overheat. While using the pump it cut out once and it could be used again a minute later. It inflated a small airbed the same size as a lilo to a suitable pressure in less than 5 minutes.
