Great 4K System, Excellent Support
Got this system 11 month ago fantastic colour night vision works very well, and more than happy with the product, I had a problem with one of the camera's so I contacted Zosi as had 1 month's warranty left, this is when you know if your dealing with a good company or not, no need to worry they were so helpful and the support agent Yotina went above and beyond to get my issue sorted kept me informed, helped through checks and firmware updates which identified the problem and resulted in a replacement camera which turned up on the day promised, my system is now backup and running at full strength thanks to there great support procedure's and the very helpful support agent Yotina who owned the call from start to finish.
Once again Thanks to Yotina and Zosi, I will continue to buy your products
