Good value
Overall a great dryer , but only bug bear is the cable could be a bit longer. Got for my daughter for Christmas and she has very thick hair , it dryer quickly and efficiently. Happy to recommend.

The purchase of 3 of these = 1x 430ex2 with change to spare! NO BRAINER !
1 of 1 found this helpful This was a relpacement for the Jessops 300af which went at a wedding recieption. I was simply reluctant to pay what canon wanted for their 430ex11. ( They are taking the michael!)
So, i looked at this little beauty for two main reasons ,the metal shoe and the fact it has ttl metering.
Now, I did not exspect canon build quality for the price , but its reasonably close on that to boot.
The GN is only 33 but good enough.(there is another model with a bigger gain GN58?)
The only two possible negatives I can see are the battery compartment door. It feels a little too filmsy for my liking. And the other reason is How reliable it will prove?
But the lowish price will take away the sting should it prove not to last.( I have reasonable confidence it will last).
And to conclude I shall be purchasing its bigger brother as soon as funds are suitably replenished. And a little more time has lapsed.

Good value hex's!
Glad I made this purchase . It's been used several times thus far and no problem. To be honest I like black steel tools as I've found they are usually more robust. But these for the price are not to be sniffed at! Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.!
