Less bronzer and more contour palette....
6 of 6 found this helpful This is my first time buying this product, and I was quite reluctant to buy it because it was a bronzing palette while I was looking for a contour palette. However, my friend had bought it and recommended it to me, saying that only the top layer was shimmery bronzer, but it was actually matte beneath.
True to her words, when I got it, only the top layer was shimmer then it became matte. Strange but it was a good thing for me because I was looking for something like that.
What's good about this product: Firstly, all four shades are beautiful, good for contouring, bronzing and highlighting. Second, it's matte. Third, it's pigmented enough (I wouldn't say it's really pigmented, but for something this cheap, it is a good buy). And, you can build on it, as soft as you want, or as sharp as you like. Depends on you. Didn't have any negative effect on my skin so far either.
What's bad: I don't really have many bad things to say about the product itself, only that it's quite deceiving for those who bought it for it's shimmer. So just make sure beforehand.
Those who are looking for a shimmery bronzer, I advise you not to get it, but those who either want a matte contour/bronzer palette, or don't care either way as long as it's cheap, I highly recommend this. It is affordable, good quality with great shades to choose from.
*DISCLAIMER* I do not know how it reacts with different skin, it was fine with mine, but I know not everyone has the same skin. Remember that is a makeup and it may not work with your skin. This review is my opinion on the product, I do not know if it will have a negative effect on someone's skin. Too thick to put on.

What can I say about this product...
Let's get over the good things about this: It looks pretty, I'm not going to lie, I think that's one of the reasons why I bought it (though it's not the main). The colours are very nice, and there are options for different skin colours (which is always great). It also includes a brush (can be used for multiple of things). Why I said it is good value is not because I was happy with the product, but because it is/was cheap (for me anyway). This might not be the case with everyone though. Another thing that had drawn me was the appearance of the palette (it really does look pretty). It was in good condition, packaging was good and the delivery time was excellent.
Now with the negatives: First and foremost, the concealers were way too thick to put on. I know this is cream and not liquid, but even for cream it was no good. I tried, I really tried to "conceal" and "cover" my blemishes and dark circles, but it was no use. The pigmentation was really bad, it did not work for me-it didn't stick to my skin for starters, and if i was able to put some on my skin, blending became another job altogether. Because of it's thickness, it would not blend properly, and instead it would literally move away from one place to another. I initially thought that this was my skin's problem, maybe my skin wasn't taking well to this product, but when I used it on my sister and the same thing happened to her, I knew it wasn't me. I have nothing else to say except that I have given up on it for the time being, maybe I'll be able to make use of it later...
In conclusion, I hate this concealer palette, and maybe bought it too impulsively. However, I always believe in learning from my mistakes. This concealer did not work for me, but that doesn't mean it is useless. Maybe it could work on someone else, maybe it was just my palette that was bad quality, but it was a good price and was nice to look at so I bought it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like thick concealer.
