Sprint HIJACKS the phone.
4 of 7 found this helpful When a company says a phone is unlocked, check to see what the original carrier was, as they do all sorts of things to HIJACK the phones so they're almost completely inoperable. It's true what they say about the glass on the back of the camera. My phone didn't drop. I put it in a case in my purse. Open it up and voila..the glass was broken. The camera is still useable and takes good pics, but I always wonder for how long and what happens if it should get wet. I like the replaceable battery, but the time the old one takes to be inoperable is a couple of hours..at best. Sprint keeps trying to hijack the phone too..so when I shut it down..it tried to update its software..and I'm not on Sprint, but apparently Sprint can't figure that out. I'm not even on a similar network. :(
