Awful seller. No comms from seller to advise of delays. I had to open a non-receipt request with eBay, but no reply to this. Reply only received after this when I chased directly. I understand Xmas being a busy period, and also constant problems with royal mail, but seller should have advised of their delays. Not good customer service this time.

Models still on supports so requires cleaning (would be nice for a brief description in the item description for post process). Very happy with the miniatures overall. A good service and package arrived on schedule. Will be making more purchases from the merchant
