    What an absolute credit to eBay this seller is. We had an issue with the courier with the first order, completely out of the hands of the seller and there was little either of us could do. The communication from the seller has been superb and professional. They have worked with me to resolve the issue throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more if I tried. The item itself is of good solid quality and build and in new condition. Excellent value.

    This seller is very disrespectful. Accuses me of moaning also I didn’t bother reading description. Then even accuses me of being offensive. Listen to yourself.my feedback is honest & correct. At the time your listing showed 4 day delivery, you didnt. When I requested help from you , you was offensive. I am only being realistic in my opinion. Sorry if you do not like this, but is the truth

    Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, all feedback is welcomed as I can learn from it.The listing shows 4-day delivery because that is the maximum time that eBay allows to select, if you had read the description you would have seen 15 days in busy times and I did try to explain that to you.I also offered a refund if you couldn't wait but refused.From order to delivery was 13 days so still within my estimated time.Once again thank you for your feedback and enjoy your ride.

Works perfectly with my cy27
Works really well no problems at all, it's a bit expensive but 100x better than the one originally supplied with the vacuum cleaner So at the end of the day if you don't want to vacuum the house on your knees using the stairs adaptor is the way to go

It sucks
Well what did I expect for £8? This item absolutely sucks not workable at all and the seller does not reply to questions, mind you I only asked once This went straight in the recycling bin so don't waste your cash
