The detailed tracking indicated that the package never left the far east. I was offered a refund which was in my Paypal account amost immediately. The correspondence via ebay was repeatedly apologetic and very polite. Good service really matters to this seller.

Following communication with the seller, they readily agreed to refund the cost of the relevant adaptor, which I have now purchased. The lamp is lovely and great value for money. Item didn't actually ship from his facility for 14 days. Asked about the shipping delay 8 days after purchase, was told they would look into it but never replied, Item arrived 19 days after order poorly packaged in a standard non padded plastic envelope. Box was damaged but item was not. This item was shipped and received within the same province.

Artikel waren nicht wie abgebildet in Folie eingeschweißt sondern in einer einfachen Pappverpackung. Ersatz für die defekte Maus wurde geliefert, Verkäuferkommunikation freundlich und zeitnah.
