1st in Series Tacky Book
Good book about a little penguin who does not "fit in" with the "in crowd" penguins. Goes to the beat of his own drum and still succeeds. Cute storyline. Better suited to boys or not girly girls because it does not have a feminine angle. My 4 year old girly girl who has her own drum was not so thrilled with it, I think for this reason. Hope this review helps.

Must Have Book on Holistic Health Care
3 of 3 found this helpful This is the one must have book on basic care and holistic health care of dogs and cats. If you have found it and are interested in the subject, buy it. If you are looking at it you are probably interested in better health for your dog or cat, and less chemicals added to their systems. You may not want to do what is suggested or may not even agree with what is written, but alternatives to conventional feeding/medicine/treatments are given and if you want that you will love this book. Highly recommended.

Great Information Presented in an Entertaining Fashion
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are interested in alternatives to conventional feeding/treatment/medicines for your dog this is an awesome book. It is written from the "dog's point of view" and it is an easy read. Full of so much terrific information, backed up by research and well thought out. It promotes a holistic approach to pet care. Some common sense recommendations that sometimes we overlook. Alternatives are presented to getting rid of chemicals and pesticides, overvaccinating and preventive measures you can take to keep your dog healthy. If you are interested in the subject, I highly recommend this book. It had loads of info, web sites and specific paths to take so you know what to do, or at least what direction to go in. It is printed on excellent paper with great photos, too. This is a Great Reference Book to be looked at again and again. She has a super website too www.Dogs4Dogs.com. You can check it out before you purchase. But well worth the investment of your time.
