Prompt and professional
The company was prompt and easy to get a hold of for questions, etc.

Does not help with radio station reception!
This item had poor reveiws of not helping the recetion of radio stations and I found it does not help my stereo pick up radio stations better as well. My tower Terk FM booster works but I the EDGE as it is reported to have a greater gain amplification of about 10db from the terk tower (29 for the edge over 19db gain on the Terk Tower) yet the edge does nothing to help the reception.
