Good book for advanced home cooks
Quality book, I have it on Kindle because the hard copy is quite hard to get hold of. When this book came up I snapped it up. For me personally, it's up there with some of the best cookbooks, detailed recipes that are broken down into easy to follow sections. The ingredients for each step are listed clearly. If you're lucky enough to find a copy then buy it
