You get what you pay for!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was wondering if buying a 256 G USB for a cheap price was a good idea. I was wondering why this item was so cheap! After receiving the USB I read the information on the packaging which told me why they were so cheap! This USB is an older versions made for windows XP, ME, ect, all the versions were obsolete! I contacted the seller because I didn't want to open the pack because my operating system is windows 10. He was prompt getting back with me and said don't worry they will work. So I opened the pack and tried to use the USB, and found out it would work sometimes. I had a hard time retrieving my data. I tried formatting the USB and it acted the same. I learned an important lesson and that was if the price is really low beware! Don't believe when the seller says compatible with windows that it will be compatible your version. Make sure they specify what version or you will be disappointed!
