Better than taking a statin drug with side effects.
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this in combination with Red Yeast Rice to keep my cholesterol down. Doctor wanted to put me on a statin a couple of years ago and I started using this and it has brought my cholesterol down and no more bad lab reports.
