  Definitely not as described. Scratches (some deep) on the rims which could have been from the poor packaging. Then they were so out of true that they had to be taken to a mechanic to be fixed at the cost of £50. Seller made a £25 partial refund but still out of pocket. Calling a customer a dick will not get you a feedback revision. My suggestion is to describe your items properly like an honest seller should.

  Buyer absolutely a waste of time ,wheels where has I listed like new, buyer only wanted hence he damaged the decal for a partial refund in which I did, even told him to return for a full refund, could not get fairer, people like this give eBay a bad name/ experience All sellers beware he will try it on 100%
