I barely got a chance to use my new to...

I barely got a chance to use my new torque wrench and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t torque my lug. Nuts doesn’t take that much effort to tighten Lugnuts with the specification torque wrench is faulty. It should’ve been tested before selling. I am not happy with this purchase should’ve been thrown in the trash if it was faulty.
