I reached out to the seller and they said the item was "LIKE NEW" which was not how it was described. I have screen shots which I'll attach. Seller does not want to issue a refund. BUYERS BEWARE! Now I have to contact Ebay for further assistance. Apple confirmed that a "wiped clean" iOS item cannot have a product name associated with it. Also, his expectation to find an Apple Care on an OpenBox item which was discontinued over a year ago is unrealistic. Finally, when he did return the item he did not send back the bundled case with it. Seller beware. This buyer is not a dependable eBayer.

One of the best WinXP mobile computers
The product was one of Dell's flagship mobility PC's when it was introduced and has not disappointed in that regard. The battery, like all batteries, does not have an infinite life span; but everything else has passed the test of time with flying colors.
