Camera phone that isn't.

This phone is marketed as a camera phone due to the fact that it has 4 on the back and a 25mp selfie camera. The main camera is 25mp plus it has a telephoto camera and a wide angle camera as well as the 5mp depth sensor. The problem I have with this phone is that I sold my Motorola g7 power "budget" phone to help finance this supposedly midrange phone because of the cameras but unfortunately I much prefer the g7's picture quality. Most of the time the pictures on the Samsung A9 come out slightly soft so if you take a photo and then crop it later to make it more zoomed in like I used to do on my Motorola, more often than not it's slightly fuzzy and noisy and just doesn't have the quality what you'd expect a 24mp Samsung camera to have. The 12 mp camera on my Moto G7 power was pin sharp in comparison. Cameras aside, the rest of the phone is very nice. It looks beautiful, the screen is gorgeous,battery life ain't bad, speaker is a bit on the tinny side if playing music through it but I've heard a lot worse and in contrast earphones sound fantastic with the Dolby system on board. To sum up, the phone's really nice and the cameras serve a purpose but for a phone whose selling point is the cameras, they just aren't good enough.
