a must have in your medical cupboard
Remember my grand mother using this for colds/flu even for shock.
Now I have used it for same and it is invaluable, really essential for anything like this.
Could feel the difference from the first mouthful.
Really old traditional remedy like chicken broth.

I take it internally if I feel sick - just 6 drops. I smell it if I need to think clearer and I use it to keep flies and spiders away. You cannot use it in a room if animals are there it can hatm their nervous systems but it does not harm humans - it is my 'go to' oil.
A few drops in a washing machine brings gorgeous smelling linen.
