Inspiring
2 of 2 found this helpful Wonderful quick, easy and very tasty recipes, really inspire you to change eating habits and the portions are very generous. I have the red and the blue books, like them both but recipe wise the blue one has the edge but that's just my opinion.

1 of 1 found this helpful Love this book, have tried many of the recipes yes they're quick, nutritious and they're delicious and I'm sure if I could get myself to do the exercises as well I'd be the size and shape I would like to be. Can not get inspired to do them on my own. Joe I need you!!!! I would recommend this book.
