  MY REAL FEEDBACK ON THIS BUYER IS NEGATIVE. The buyer won a glass chess set and then gave negative feedback that a small piece of expanded polystyrene foam packaging was worn. The buyer could have contacted me and asked for an appropriate price reduction. I'm not sure what an appropriate reduction would be on an item that sold for £2.20 but 20 pence would probably be generous. The foam was part of the packaging This is a 25 year old chess set not a brand new one.
