Perfect replacement for a broken tank lid

This American Standard tank lid is exactly what I needed to complete an 80s vintage AS Cadet toilet that had a badly broken tank lid. Perfect, white, ceramic, produced by American Standard complete with the original model and date stamp on the underside of the lid. Why spend $200 - $500 on a new toilet when all it needs is a new tank lid?
