Used to do these exercises years ago I'm now disabled but thought I'd give them another go. I obviously can't manage a lot of them but the ones I can do will strengthen my muscles and never cause stress on my lower back. I would recommend them to all older ladies but check them out with your doctor just to make sure

Not happy
Pressed wrong key only giving one star. The lids won’t stay down nuisance. Should have bought a better one from onset but needed to see if I could get rid of my plastic bags
