Product Frustratingly Buggy
The Digitize LP component is ridiculously buggy and no updates seem to exist to correct. The software does not recognize when you export tracks to save them, forcing you to cancel out of the software and restart for every LP (does not allow you to continue to record multiple LP's without restarting). Also, about 40% of the time - no exaggeration - it freezes "Not Responding" during the LP track saving process in this forcing you to find the raw file and import into the Edit Audio part without transitioning as the software should. I cannot get the tracks to play through PC speakers while recording as I am using the 'DCA cable to line in' connection, which does not allow use of internal or external speakers or headphones - so I cannot hear what is going on. Software seems to create a track for each album side, and then replicates the full recording for no apparent reason, creating a double recording about 90% of the time. This results in additional time (2x time) needed for the LP to MP3 conversion. No manual or help material in software box and seemingly none online. All in all, it works, but you will beat your head against a wall dealing with defects.
