Clean as a new pin
I researched this model carefully, reading lots of reviews, as the best Dyson in the range to meet my particular needs and bought this 'professionally refurbished' model at a very good price - half-expecting it to be a bit shop-soiled and worn.
Not a bit! Mine arrived within two days looking every bit factory new complete with a two year guarantee and a full set of new and unused tools. Having now used it, I'm really, really pleased with its performance
