Better then the run bra
I tried the run bras and although once on they were good, fastening them was very awkward. They also didn't last long with hooks and eyes and straps all becoming misshaped. So went back to this bra and what a relief! I regularly run 4 miles i take a 32FF and have felt very secure and comfortable They are not cheap but so worth it.

Worth it
I listened to previous reviews and went up a size, band and cup. It's very difficult to fasten but after some googling I found a way of doing it that works and after a couple of wears I think I will soon of mastered the high sports clasp
