Difficult to use.

I bought this product for the guest room. While an owner or constant user can operate it after mastering the paths required for use, if you did not have an instruction manual, you might not be able to figure out how to use the cd, for instance. Such a basic product shouldn't be rocket science. For the price they could have designed a product that is simple to use by an unfamiliar guest. But, to save a few pennies or show his/her higher superiority, the designer decided to make a challenging product. I spent my career in electronics and my company would have never released this product.
