After the old Plastic switch broke at the threads, this is a nice improvement.

JBL GX628 6.5" Speakers
I required the 2.3 ohm speaker for the front doors of a SAAB Harman Kardon system and these fit the bill. These have less bass than the factory speakers and more mid-range, but that's fine...I have enough bass from the rear JBL GX9628 6X9's and I welcome the extra clarity these provide. This Harman crossover design only sends the low frequency to these door speakers, so I cannot provide any input about the tweeter capabilities. These do produce a very defined punch to hear the slap of a drum stick and the pluck of a string without distortion at high volume.

i7 980X CPU
Having one of the short lived 1366 socket MB, I was looking for a way to breath new life without big dollar$. Upgraded from a 950 CPU 4-core 3.04 GHz, which runs good, to this faster 6-core. Have not overclocked this beast (remember the 'X') and do not see a need, but with a liquid cooler who knows????
