  The disc arrived, and did not work. I examined the disc, and discovered that it was seriously scuffed (see photos). The listing claimed that this game was in “like new” condition. Naturally, I returned the game, after which the seller escalated the return case, lying to Ebay in claiming that I had switched the discs before sending the item back. Needless to say, Ebay sided with me, and I wouldn’t, under any circumstances, recommend buying from this dishonest and thoroughly unpleasant individual.
