Effective and good value
5 of 5 found this helpful I've been taking these for peri-meopausal symptoms related to reduced hormones related to progesterone for three weeks: I read several well-cited scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals on several aspects of the actions of Lepidium meyanii, and concluded that they appear effective for several aspects of peri-menopause, and would recommend others to do the same. The symptoms faded over the first week and are now gone, with no side effects. I'd recommend them and will definitely be buying more-

Lesser-explored, less spoilt lake District areas
This OS map gives fells, coastline, attractions (such as Furness Abbey) and connecting roads that go into the national park that the South West Lake District OS map doesn't- it's a good supplement to the Lake District maps and covers less touristy, quieter areas of Cumbria.
