Does the job , great price , great value!
I only used with 1/4-20 so far but it works great , easy to use , much better than trying to seat nutserts with nuts and bolts! Seems to be durable and of good quality. I don’t have experience with other nutsert tools so I can’t compare but this works perfectly. Comes with a nice storage case, a tool to change ends, 6 different sizes and also comes with a few nutserts in each size!
Does not come with any instructions but a little fiddling and it’s pretty easy to figure out.
I’ll edit the review if I run into any issues but so far so good! This will be very nice to have around.

Awesome crossbow !
Been contemplating a crossbow for a while and couldn’t decide, finally ran into the Sub-1.
Being a firearm guy I was intrigued with the machining , adjustable stock, grip etc I haven’t shot any other crossbow so I can’t compare but I can say this one is dead accurate. Trigger feels good with a clean 3.5 lb break. Coming from someone who is used to my Geissele, Wilson Combat and Timney triggers that says something... Sub-1 is smooth and quiet. Everything about it screams quality. I really like that you can decock it. Changing cables and string is easy without a press etc which is also nice! If you want to lower draw weight for backyard fun or for the little one to try it’s easily done. I also really like that it is compact for a crossbow. I added the bubble level Mission offers as well as a picatinny rail so I can run my bipod on it when I need to. The Hawke scope that comes with it is of good quality and has red or green illumination. Reticle that accommodates aiming points up to 100 yards. I only tested it up to 50 yards so far and the reticle @ the 20,30,40,50 cross Hairs are right on the money! At those marks , easy 2-3” groups and within a couple inches from point of aim , impressed with the Hawks scope that comes with it. particular one has a let off that is sweet.. Something that from what I understand is rare to non existent in other crossbows. Has dry fire auto safety & safety lever which always moves to safe when a bolt is set. To me the weight feels balanced and perfect. I read that some feel it’s heavy? I can’t really pick apart any cons on this... It is pretty pricey which I guess is a con. Also in my case, it’s not as fast as advertised, I’m getting 330 FPS with a 420 grain bolt. Not a deal breaker for me. Speed isn’t everything to me. Plenty deadly for just about any size animal that Id ever hunt. The machining of the frame etc and the trigger set up , decocking and safety features are all of top notch quality in my opinion.
Picatinny accessory rail , sling and level for this price point definitely would’ve been nice if included. I spent almost $100 for those items on top of the already hefty price tag. I have since added the cocking device to make Range a little more pleasant if I wanted to relax and shoot off a bench... easily cock, shoot and repeat, without getting off my butt. Haha.
All in all I know I have myself a crossbow for life. I’m a buy once cry once kinda guy which is why I didn’t start with a cheap crossbow. Too many times have I wasted $ getting what I want after buying lesser quality items. If you can swing it , buy it you won’t regret it! If you have a firearm background especially AR platform you will feel right at home. It can even fit AR non beaver tail grips! Thank goodness nobody sells billet anodized cocking string guide, or aftermarket foreends etc or Id be in trouble because this crossbow would be worth tricking out. It is however in a sense already tricked out if you put it side by side aesthetically to other crossbows it ma quickly evident. Even some crossbows in the same price point doesn’t compare in the material and workmanship department. Yes there are faster and higher power ones but I’m not a speed junky, this one is plenty powerful for me. It flings 420 grain bolts just as fast and even faster than high powered long stroke compound bows in a compact unit, what more can I ask for. Yes the draw weight is a lot higher but the stroke is super short and not abrupt by any stretch of the imagination. Smooth sharp & deadly sexy. Safe to say I really like it!

Fantastic stock
1 of 1 found this helpful Quality stock as expected from Magpul. Have a Hunter on my Rem 700 and wanted the same for my 10/22 build. Same quality, versatile, able to dial in cheek rest height with the optional cheek risers... with son qd sling mounts and picatinny mounts you can put every accessory you will need on it. Not to mention it looks awesome too! It's a no brainer for this kind of price.
