Batman vs. Superman: A solid superhero film
3 of 3 found this helpful First off, what's good about the product is that there are 30 minutes of extended/deleted scenes used in the film. This helps to add an even greater experience to watching this film! When the film was first released in theaters, I was quite surprised by the amount of negative press this film received from fans. Some said it was "too dark"(grim). Well, hey, isn't that the point of the film's title? To this day, I still fail to see why the movie was so hated. As a storyteller myself, I must say that this is one solid, fine piece of filmmaking. I would take this movie any day over the crap that was Avengers: Age of Ultron. And speaking of Marvel films, I've noticed a rather dark/grim tone in a number of their films as well. Captain America: Winter Soldier, anyone? My advice to those of you who have yet to see this film, please go in with an open mind, and pay no attention to the negative reviews. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

Alan Dean Foster saves the day!
This novelization works mainly because of the author, the great Alan Dean Foster. He made a C- storyline(I'm being nice) work as a solid sci-fi horror/thriller. I'm glad I read this before watching the atrocious film.
