I met Martha!
If you love sewing and are interested in heirloom sewing and history you will love this book. Even if you do not sew but love antique textiles you will appreciate the contents. I will keep this forever as a reference.
I was lucky enough to meet Martha at an antique textile auction this past spring. She is a fascinating woman an amazing amount of knowledge of antique textiles.
